Guidelines
Utilize the Hacker Earth platform features like: team submission tracking, team formation, and reporting (example).
Open requirements:
- at least 10 commits in github (Every week teams need to commit 3x a week)
- at least 1 month of activity
- All developers must work in the open in GitHub.
- All developers must perform at least 10 github commits over 30 days, or more.
Github commit schedule will be sequenced:
- 9/19 - Fork repo
- 9/23 - Change README
- 9/30 - 3 commits
- 10/7 - 3 commits
- 10/14 - 3 commits
- 10/21 - 3 commits
- 10/28 - 3 commits
- 11/4 - 3 commits

There will be scheduled developer office hours throughout the duration of phase 1 and 2.
